The Great Pyramid, one that stands near the Nile, has more than two million stone blocks that average around two tons a piece. It was originally 481 feet tall, (only about 450 now) and covers about 123 acres of land. No one knows how long it took to build. Theives would brake into most of the pyramids, steal gold and sometimes destoy the bodies, which were sometimes wrapped so technically were a mummy. Later Egyptain Kings stopped building pyramids and built secret tombs in cliffs.
The Great Pyramid is one of the seven wonders of the world. It stands at the exact center of the Earth. The builder must have been able to see or control the future because to know exactly where the center of the Earth is when those tools had not even been thought of is pretty impossible. This person must have been very knowledgable about the Earth to know that it could hold all the weight, and he also knew where the most significant person in history was going to be born, and where he was going to die. How all this is is very amazing.
